The USB slot works perfectly fine with other flash drives, so I've discounted the slot itself being the issue. Hopefully I won't have to get a new stick, as this thing is a brick and has been excellent for many RetroUprising marathons. The usb cable for the stick is quite long I hope the wiring itself isn't the problem. I've tried uninstalling, rebooting and then plugging back in which has worked once - but then suddenly last night it simply stopped detecting again, making me switch to keyboard. The error that I'm getting is "device descriptor request failed" when I check device manager. This part of the forum doesn't appear to get much traffic, but I thought I'd post my issue here in case anyone has experienced the same thing and knows a fix for it.īasically I've got a problem with my USB Hori Real Arcade Pro.3 SA that I've been using with my PC MAME setup for the past 6 months.Īfter a recent Windows Update, the stick hasn't been detecting properly and bizarrely windows often fails to recognise it.
